Kevin Bundy: Changing Climate Change

Kevin Bundy researches climate change for the Center of Biological Diversity in San Francisco. Kevin is studying the effects climate change and is working to raise awareness about it so that people, especially teenagers, will start making strides in protecting our world and the environment.  Kevin is very enthusiastic about his work and helping people understand what they can do to make this planet more sustainable the future.
Kevin is also an attorney at the Climate Law Institute, he says that the dangers of rapid climate change are extremely troubling. He says that 40 years from now many scientists believe that the impacts of global warming will be harmful and lasting and that we have another 100 years before the climate reaches unbearable temperatures.  “There is no way to stop climate change, we can only slow it down and we do not have much time to do so” according to Kevin. He says that the current teen generation has the most responsibility in slowing down the climate change menace and we do not have much time to take action. Unfortunately Kevin’s work to save the planet doesn’t go unchallenged. Business interests like those of the Koch brothers block helpful legislation that could make real difference in the fight against climate change.
Kevin says the time to do something about climate change is now! about the climate change and focused on the future of the climate change. He tells me that the biggest thing that we could do to help our planet is to monitor the ways we get around. If we took the bus once a week, or biked to work every other day it would greatly impact our environment for the better.
